The Catholic Communities of the Oswegatchie are comprised of the parishes of St. James (Gouverneur), Sacred Heart (Edwards) and St. Hubert's (Star Lake). The group name for our combined parish communities derives from the fact that all three lie along the winding route of the Oswegatchie River.

Our parishes belong to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Ogdensburg and are situated in the south-southwestern portions of St. Lawrence County, NY.
